Ingredients
- 1 Pie Shell
- 1 box Spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out
- 4 oz can sliced Mushrooms
- 1/2 white Onion, chopped
- 2 T Vegetable Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup grated Asiago or Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Preparation
Step 1
1. Pre-bake the pie shell and cool.
Saut� the onions and mushrooms in oil. Add the salt and pepper.
Beat eggs with cream.
Put filling and egg mixture in shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
