Strawberry Medley

Ingredients

• 1 large pkg strawberry jello
• 1 1/2 cups boiling water
• 2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen strawberries with juice, thawed
• 1 (1 lb 4 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
• 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
• 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
• 1 pint sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Add boiling water to Jello; cool slightly.

Add thawed berries with juice, then drained pineapple, bananas and nuts; stir. Pour half of mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

Allow to gel in refrigerator. When set, spread with sour cream. Pour remaining mixture on top.

Allow to set in refrigerator again; cut into squares.
