Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 box yellow moist cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 3 tea. lemon flavoring
- ½ C. apricot nectar
- 3/4 C. salad oil
- ● Mix cake mix, egg yolks, ½ C. apricot nectar, salad oil and flavoring.
- ● Fold in beaten egg whites.
- ● Bake at 350F for 1 ½ hrs.
- ● Mix 1/4 c. Apricot nectar, 1 ½ C. confectioners sugar, and juice of 4 lemons.
