  • Icing:
  • 1 box yellow moist cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tea. lemon flavoring
  • ½ C. apricot nectar
  • 3/4 C. salad oil
  • ● Mix cake mix, egg yolks, ½ C. apricot nectar, salad oil and flavoring.
  • ● Fold in beaten egg whites.
  • ● Bake at 350F for 1 ½ hrs.
  • ● Mix 1/4 c. Apricot nectar, 1 ½ C. confectioners sugar, and juice of 4 lemons.
