Balsamic Baked Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra light olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse chicken in water and then pat it dry on paper towels.
Place the chicken in a 8×8 square baking dish and pour the balsamic vinegar over the chicken. Then sprinkle evenly with the oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes, and then baste the chicken with juices in the pan. Bake another 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
Serve chicken with juices spooned over them.
