- Topping Options:
- 4 whole grain English muffins
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup butternut squash puree or carrot puree (for older kids you can use shredded carrots)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- sliced tomatoes
- mushrooms
- spinach
- peppers
- pineapple
- nitrate-free ham
- olives

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 375F
2. Place the English muffin halves cut-side up onto a baking sheet.
3. Combine 2 cups tomato sauce and 1/2 cup squash or carrots.
4. Spoon about 1/4 cup of this sauce onto each muffin half.
5. Top each muffin half with 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese and allow your children to add their own toppings and design their own pizza.
6. Bake for 10 mins in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and browned on the edges.
