Oven Fried Chicken with Andouille Sausage

Ingredients
- 8 skinless boneless chciken breasts, or 6 skinless thighs and 4 breasts halves
- 4 cups rice krispies
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 2 Tbs paprika
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and peper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 6 oz andouille sausage, chopped
- 1 cup fat free plain yogurt
- chopped parsley
- grape tomatoes
- 1 tsp cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Saute sausage and drain. Roughly crush rice krispies. Put rice krispies in large flat bowl and add cumin, garlic , paprika, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cooled sausage.
Beat eggs, Dip chicken in eggs, then in dry mix, pressing to coat. Put chicken on baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
Bake 350 oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and grape tomatoes.
Sauce: Add 1 tsp cumin and 1 Tbs chopped parsley to 1 cup fat free plain yogurt. Serve sauce on the side.
