• 1-3/4 cups flour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons baking powder
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 3 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Sift together flour, sugar and baking powder into mixing bowl.
3. Combine egg, oil and milk in small bowl; blend well.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stirring just enough to moisten.
5. Spoon batter into greased muffing cups, filling 2/3 full.
6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
