Ingredients

  • 1 large can (28 oz) whole, skinned tomatoes or fresh in season
  • 1 medium white onion, quartered
  • sliced jalapenos (from jar or can) to taste (I usually use about 6-7 slices)
  • fresh cilantro (to taste)
  • juice of half of a fresh lime (maybe a little more)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in food processor & blend to desired consistency. Chill for a couple of hours before serving. Salsa is good for up to 5 days when stored in airtight container.
