Ingredients
- top:
- 2 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c milk
- topping
- 3/4 stick butter
- 3/4 c flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 1/2 confectioner's sugar
- some milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. cream butter and cream cheese and add sugar, vanilla and eggs.
2. beat. add dry ingredients and milk then beat.
3. for topping mix flour and sugar first then cut in butter and put on top
4. grease pan. bake in 350 oven 30-35 minutes. (325 if glass pan)
5. cool the cake. then drizzle mixture on top. (mix T by T of milk to the confectioner's sugar so becomes thin)
