Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 4-6 Tbsp. cold water

Step 1
Sift flour and salt. Cut in shortening until mixture is the consistency of coarse meal. Add the water, a bit at a time, until mixture holds together. Roll out on a floured surface to desired size.
