Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 squares chocolate (or 6 t. cocoa & 2 T. oil)
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • nuts
  • (1/2 c. chocolate chips, optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs & sugar.

Melt chocolate & butter over low heat. Add to eggs.

Mix flour and salt, then add to mixture.

Add in vanilla & nuts (and extra chocolate chips, if desired).

Bake in greased 8X8 pan at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
