Ingredients
- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 1 small can peas with liquid
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced 1/4" thick
- 2 medium onions, sliced 1/4" thick
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 can tomato soup with 1/2 cup water or wine
- 3 large potatoes, sliced 1/2" thick
- 1 Oxo cube

Step 1
In large ovenproof dish mix all ingredients except Oxo cube. Sprinkle the Oxo cube over the top. Bake at 275°F for 4 hours.
