  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 1/2 cups Unsalted Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 1/3 cups Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 cup Hazelnut Crunch
  • 8 oz Baking Chocolate
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter Chips

Step 1

Heat the peanut butter, corn syrup, sugar, and honey over a medium-low flame, stirring continuously, until smooth and creamy. Add the Rice Krispies and mix for another minute. Remove from heat, then add the peanuts and mix to combine. Allow to cool slightly.
Line a cookies sheet with parchment paper. One the mixture has partially cooled, add the peanut butter chips and hazelnut crunch and mix slightly. Using a tablespoon, form clusters on the prepared baking sheet. Freeze the clusters for about an hour until frozen.
Using a microwave, melt the chocolate. Dip the frozen clusters into the melted chocolate and place on a rack to harden.
Place the peanut butter chips in a ziploc bag. Dip in a cup of boiling water until completely melted. Prick one corner, and drizzle over the clusters.
