  • 1 small Jimmy Dean sausage (12 oz? Grandma used bulk sausage)
  • 1 can clams
  • 1 egg
  • 1 fist full of crackers, crunch them up

Step 1


Mix, put into small greased loaf pan, scrunching up so that there is an empty spot at one end so the grease can be easily drained
Bake at 350, drain at 50 minutes, bake a total of 60 minutes.

While you have this in the oven, you can also bake an acorn squash or some real baked potatoes, or even scalloped potatoes, giving you the old fashioned oven meal that we thought Grandma slaved over all day. Her secret is safe with us.
