• Dressing:
• 1.5 T balsamic vinegar
• 3 T extra virgin olive oil
• 1 t. honey
• 1 t. dijon
• salt & pepper, to taste

Step 1

Wisk all ingredients in bottom of salad bowl.

Salad:

chopped strawberries
cranraisins
chopped pecans
favorite salad mix (spinach or leafy greens)
