Ingredients

  • 4 sheets (12x18) tin foil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 c. teriyaki marinade and sauce
  • 2 T. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • Hot cooked rice

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 or grill to med. High. Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of tin foil. Top with pineapple. Combine teriyaki sauce, brown sugar & ginger; spoon over chicken. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 4 pkgs. Bake 18-22 min. on cookie sheet in oven or grill (14-16 min. in covered grill). Serve over rice with additional teriyaki sauce.
