Shredded Beef Taco

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Beef Chuck Pot Roast (or comparable)
  • 1 Cup Diced Onion
  • 2 TBS Diced Garlic
  • 3/4 Cup McCormick Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (more or less to taste)
  • 1 Jalepeno Pepper (seeded and diced) optional
  • Garlic Pepper for Dusting

Preparation

Step 1

1. Dust beef with garlic pepper and sear
2. Sear all sides
3. Place beef with remaining ingredients in pressure cooker
4. Cook 60 minuates on high (if electric pressure cooker) or 15 psi for stove top
