  • salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup tahini sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • sprinkle of paprika
  • sprinkle of parsley

Step 1

Rinse chick peas well with hot water. Let them soak in water for 10 minutes.

Crush garlic with salt.

Put chick peas and garlic in food processor. Pulse until broken down. Add tahini, water and lemon juice, and process until smooth.

Refrigerate. Keeps for weeks.
