  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Combine first six ingredients. Spread into ungreased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour, drain excess drippings. Spoon chili sauce over cooked loaf; bake 15 minutes longer.

Makes 8 servings. For extra zest, top off your meatloaf with more Rotel.
