Ingredients
- Balsamic Vinaigrette:
- 1 cup cubed peeled mango
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- sugar
- lettuce
- 1/2 cup candied pecans
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. minced shallot
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine mango and strawberries. Cover with sugar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
Add fruit mixture to lettuce. Sprinkle pecans on top. Add dressing.
