Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cups cooked wide noodles
  • 3 cups cooked turkey
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 12 oz cottage cheese
  • 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Grease 9x13 pan.

In medium skillet, melt butter; add peppers and onions and saute until soft. Place sauteed vegetables in a large bowl; add noodles, turkey, soup, milk, mushrooms, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and salt. Pour into prepared pan.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake until bubbly about 30-45 minutes.
