Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless beef short ribs, cut into serving-size pieces
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/3 cup grape jelly
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp liquid gravy browner
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Step 1
Arrange ribs in small roasting pan.
Combine remaining 10 ingredients in small bowl. Spoon over ribs. Cover. Bake in 300 oven for about 4 hours until tender. Remove ribs to serving plate. Skim off fat in pan and discard. Pour remaining sauce over ribs.
