- celery salt, sprinkle

Step 1
Holding trout open, drizzle cavity with lemon juice followed with celery salt and garlic powder. Place in greased wire basket (try tin foil). Cook over medium-hot grill. Turn and baste with oil often. Allow about 10 minutes cooking time per 1 inch thickness of fish.
