    Beef Tenderloins( 1inch thick-about 4 oz each)

  • cup brandy

  • 1

    tbsp coarse dijon mustard with seeds


1. On a sheet of waxed paper, Mix salt and peppeer together, use to coat both sides of meat 2. Heat a large non stick skillet over medium high heat, add steaks and cook 8-10 minutes for medium rare or until desired doness, turning once. 3.Remove steaks to plate; cover with foil to keep warm 4.Turn heat off, add mustard and brandy to skillet, whisk together, Turn heat on medium high. Cook, stirring frequently until sauce boils. Boil for 30 seconds. remove from heat 5. To serve; pour sauce over steaks
