Ingredients
- 10 3/4 oz(320 ml) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 5 potatoes,peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch(6 mm) thick
- 1 medium onion,peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 pork loin chops

Preparation
Step 1
Instructions :
1.Lightly grease inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.
2.Combine first six ingredients. Mix well.
3.Arrange potatoes and onion in slow cooker.
4.Pour soup mixture over top and toss to coat.
5.Place pork chops on top.
6.Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-7 hours until pork and vegetables are tender.
7.Serve slow cooker pork chops hot.
