Ingredients
- 1 pkg butter cake recipe (I use any brand or just a yellow cake recipe works too)
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 oz pkg choc chips
- 1 cup vanilla chips
- 1 cup Heath Pieces (in a bag usually by choc chips-or chop up a few skor bars)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pkg caramels
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

Mixture will be thick
Press 1/2 of this mix onto bottom of greased 9X13 pan. Bake for 10 min in 350 oven.
meanwhile, combine caramels, butter and SCM in lg bowl and microwave 1 min at a time until melted and smooth.
Takes about 3-4 min in my microwave.
Slowly pour caramel over partially baked crust. Then top with the rest of cake mix. Return to oven for another 25-30 min
until top is set and edges are golden brown. Cool 20 min, run knife around sides of pan to loosen bars. Cool 40 min.
Refrigerate 1 hour and cut into bars. Can be small as bars are rich!
