White Chocolate Orange Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 C. butter (not margarine, never margarine)
• 1/2 C. white sugar
• 1/2 C. brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 1/4 C. flour
• 3/4 t. baking soda
• 1/2 t. salt
• 4 T. grated orange peel
• 2 C. white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter & sugars until creamy. Beat in egg. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix in. When you have a good dough consistency, add the orange peel and the white chocolate. Use small scoop to place on greased cookie sheets.

BAKE 350° for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
