PORK****Pork and Black Bean Chili
By Unblond1
This was really good - Dan loved it and ate a whole serving.
n.b. It tastes pretty hot as it's cooking, but after a day in the fridge, it mellows out (and improves in flavour)

Preparation
Step 1
* Combine all ingredients in larger slow cooker. At this point, you can refrigerate it overnight and bring it out the following morning to start cooking.
* Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
* Serve with 1 tablespoon of grated cheddar and 1 tablespoon of sour cream per serving, if desired. (I served it with cornbread for two, which was very good. I'm not sure how the cheese and sour cream would be)
