Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups boiling DOLE 100% Orange Peach Mango Juice
  • 4 pkg. (4 serving size each or 2 pkg. 8-serving size each) Jell-o brand Raspberry flavor gelatin or any red flavor
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream (2 cups) softened
  • 1 tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir boiling juice into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in ice cream until melted and smooth. Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Pour into 10 cup flag mold sprayed with cooking spray.

2. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight until firm. Unmold. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
