Ingredients

  • 2-4 pounds spareribs, cut into 4 rib pieces
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Put ribs in pressure cooker and then mix all other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour the sauce mixture over top of ribs. Lock on top, cook on high for 10 minutes.

Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes before carefully quick releasing the remaining pressure and safely removing lid. Serve as an appetizer or seerve with rice.
