- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F-350F.
Toss vegetables with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and, if desired, garlic powder. Place vegetables in a single layer on a foil-lined cookie sheet or shallow baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese about 5 minutes before the vegetables are done.
