Breads: Aunt Bea's - Foreman Family Rolls and Angel Biscuits

Ingredients
- Angel Biscuits
- 5 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup crisco
- 1 pkg yeast
- 3 t baking powder
- 1 t soda
- 1 T salt
- 2 T warm water
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 375 *-425* for 15-20 min
- Aunt Bea's Rolls
- 2 packs yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup scalded milk
- 3 medium eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 4 1/2 cups plain flour

Preparation
Step 1
Mix warm water with yeast and dissolve
Add sugar and buttermilk
Combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder and sift
Work i shortening
Add yeast mixture and mix as ole time biscuit
Keep tightly covered in refrigerator but don't freeze dough
(will keep 2 weeks)
Roll dough thin and cut
Cook 400 degrees for 15 minutes
Aunt Bea's Rolls
Sprinkle yeast into water
Add sugar
Pour hot milk over salt and butter. Cool to lukewarm.
Add yeast mixture and slightly beaten eggs
Add flour to make soft dough
Knead slightly on floured board
Let rise in greased bowl until double in bulk
Turn out on floured board
Knead slightly
Make into rolls by preferred method
Brush with butter and let rise
Bake 375 - 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes
