Ingredients

    Green Pepper

  • 1

    Onion

  • 2

    cloves Garlic

  • 2

    lbs. Hamburger

  • 1

    lb. Mild Italian Sausage

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Paprika

  • 1

    Egg

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Oregano

  • 1

    tsp. Cr. Red Peppers

  • 15

    oz. Tomato Sauce

  • 12

    oz. Tomato Paste

  • 2-3

    cans Water (tomato sauce can)

  • 2

    tblsp. Vinegar

  • 1

    can Mushrooms

  • 1

    cup water + ¾ cup tomato paste = 14 oz. tomato sauce. Add a little sugar too.

Directions

1. Saute green pepper, onion and garlic. 2. Mix hamburger, Italian sausage, salt, pepper, paprika, egg and 2 tblsp. Parmesan Cheese & brown. In big pot, add #1 and #2. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, cr. red peppers, water, mushrooms, vinegar, paprika and lots of Parmesan Cheese. Simmer for a couple hours.
