Ingredients
- Garlic flavor cooking spray
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 bunch green onions cut into 2” pieces
- 3/4 lb. pork chops cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can beef broth
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic paste
- Hot cooked soba noodles or rice
- Sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray 2 seconds, heat over medium heat. Add sliced bell pepper and green onion, saute 3-4 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and remove mixture from skillet set mixture aside. Coat pork evenly with cooking spray 5 seconds, toss with cornstarch. Coat skillet with cooking spray 2 seconds heat over medium heat. Add pork, in batches and saute 3-4 minutes or until browned. Add bell pepper mixture, broth and chili-garlic paste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 8-10 minutes. Serve over noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
