  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • pinch of oregano or basil

Preparation

Step 1

Pierce meat. Pour marinade over meat. Refrigerate until ready to use, turning meat occasionally.
Drain marinade.Fry steak in 1 to 2 tbsp. oil on medium high heat for 5-7 minutes per side for 3/4" steaks.
