Ingredients
- 2 cups minute rice
- 1 tomato, chopped fine
- ½ chopped green pepper
- ½ chopped long english cucumber
- 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup miracle whip
- 2 tbsp. plain yoghurt

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool slightly.
Add vegetables and feta cheese to rice.
Combine miracle whip and yoghurt and toss with vegetable and rice mixture.
