Carmel Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 cups apples
  • 1 large can pineapple
  • 2 cups spanish nuts
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • juice from pineapple
  • Cool
  • Add cool whip (large container)

Preparation

Step 1

Cut apples into cubes.
Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
mix in peanuts.

Mix pineapple juice,egg sugar,vinegar and flour.
Cook in saucepan until thick.
Cool:
Add apples and pineapple
Toss lightly then add cool whip
