Monster Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter or Margarine, softened
• 1 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 cups peanut butter
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups quick oatmeal
• 2 tsp. soda
• 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup M&M's

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter until well blended. In a medium mixing bowl combine flour, oats and soda. Gradually add dry ingredients to teh creamed mixture. The dough will be fairly stiff. Mix in the chips and the M&M's. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with the palm of your hand. Bake. 10 minutes.
