Chicken Kiev


The butter-stuffed chicken breast from Kiev is one of Russia's most famous dish. Beware of spurting butter when you cut into it.

  • Schwan's chicken kiev
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 can condensed chicken mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry or cognac

Step 1

Bake chicken kiev according to package directions.


Melt butter in saucepan.

Blend in soup, milk and sherry.

Heat; stir occasionally.

Place chicken breasts on rice, then sauce.
