The butter-stuffed chicken breast from Kiev is one of Russia's most famous dish. Beware of spurting butter when you cut into it.
- Schwan's chicken kiev
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can condensed chicken mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry or cognac
Bake chicken kiev according to package directions.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Blend in soup, milk and sherry.
Heat; stir occasionally.
Place chicken breasts on rice, then sauce.
