Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 T. grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 bunch green onions, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 3 lbs chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 one lb bag fresh veggies for stir fry

Preparation
Step 1
In 5 qt slow cooker, combine sherry, soy sauce, ginger, 5 spice powder, garlic and white parts of green onion.
Add chicken and coat with sherry mixture. Cover and cook 8 hours on low.
Cook Vegetables and then cover with sauce
