Ingredients

  • Ring:

  • 1

    cup flour

  • 1/2

    cup butter

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1

    cup water

  • Filling:

  • 2

    small packages instant pudding, white chocolate or French Vanilla

  • 2 1/4

    cups milk

  • 1

    small Cool Whip

  • Topping:

  • 1/4

    cup chocolate chips

  • 1/4 to 1/2

    cup powdered sugar

  • 2

    tablespoons milk

  • 1

    teaspoon vanilla

  • 1

    box Strawberries , hulled and sliced in half

Directions

Ring- boil water and butter in sauce pan and then add flour. Mix well and let cool. Add 1 egg at a time. Form a circle with a hole in the middle on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 45 minutes at 375. Cool completely. Ring will flatten a little. Filling- mix pudding and milk well and then add cool whip. Chill. Cut ring width wise to have 2 halves . Spread pudding mixture over the whole bottom. Place top of ring on top. Topping- melt chocolate and add sugar, milk and vanilla. Take strawberries and place them around the ring and fill the hole in the middle. Drizzle topping all over top of the ring and over the strawberries around the ring. Set in fridge to harden.
