BANANA CHOC CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients

• 5 c flour
• 4 t baking powder
• 1 t salt
• 1 1/3 c shortening
• 4 eggs
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 c choc chips
• 2 c mashed bananas

Preparation

Step 1

Cream shortening and sugar together, add eggs, mix, add vanilla, mashed bananas. Mix flour, bp, salt together and add to wet mix. Mix well. Add choc chips. Drop by tsp onto greased cookie sheet
Bake 350-375 for 10 min. Do not brown tope. When outer edges start to brown they are done.
