Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

Core* 6 servings at 3 pt. per serving(Flex) *.. I don't consider this or any baked goods Core (abuse potential) , there are some that agree and some that don't, it's up to you. But for 3 pt... it is a good and filling breakfast or snack. From www.weightwatchers.com message boards

Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or blackberries
- 1/2 teaspoon dried lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered milk (optional)

Step 1
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2 Combine wet ingredients, add to dry ingredients. 3 Bake in sprayed 8" square pan for 35-45 minutes. 4 Cut into 6 squares. 5 ENJOY!
