Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp lemon
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1/3 c milk
  • canned pie fillings
  • graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Warm cheese and butter to room temperature. Mix in hand mixer till smooth.

Add sugar and salt. Mix well.

Add egg, flavorings, and flour. Mix till smooth.

Add milk.

Place layer of graham cracker crumbs in bottom of cupcake cups. Drop mixture into cups filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch. Let cool 15 minutes.

Top with powdered sugar or pie filling.
