Ingredients
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1 med. sized onion, chopped
- 2 sweet, yellow, red or green peppers, cut in lg. dice
- 2 med. size zucchini, cut into rounds
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 14.5 oz. cans no salt added receipe ready diced
- tomatoes, drained
- 5 fully cooked chicken sausages, sliced
- 1 tsp. dried italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 11 ox. tube of refrigerated bread sticks

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13X9X2" baking dish. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and peppers; cook 5 minutes. Add zucchini and garlic;l cook 5 minutes until barely tender.
Add tomatoes, sausage, italian dressing, salt and pepper; cook until somewhat dry, 5 to 7 minutes. Add 2 tbs. Parmesan cheese. Spoon half into prepared dish. Top with one cup mozzarella. Add remaining tomato mixture. Arrange bread sticks on top in lattice pattern, trimming to fit. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and mozzerella.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, until bread sticks are browned and feilling is bubbly.
