- 2 lbs. ground beef
- rice- cooked
- pinto beans
- Fritos
- head of lettuce
- tomatoes
- grated cheese
- hot sauce or taco sauce
- black olives

Step 1
Cook the beef and add 2 envelopes of taco sauce.
Chop the lettuce and tomatoes and place in individual dishes. Also place the cooked pinto beans and grated cheese in individual dishes, as well as the black olives and hot sauce, and Fritos. Set up as a buffet and enjoy. Best served with Maargueritas.
