  • 1 lb. Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Jalapenos or chilies to taste (2 small cans or 4-6 fresh peppers)

Preparation

Step 1

Place cheese in a large bowl.

Mix evaporated milk, flour and eggs in a small bowl.

Pour mixture and peppers over cheese and stir.

Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Pour cheese mixture into pan.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Let the fudge set 10-15 minutes before serving to ensure it holds together when you serve.
