- 1 lb. boneless pork shoulder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- Salsa for dipping

Step 1
Trim as much of the fat from the meat as possible. Cut meat into ¾ inch cubes. Arrange in a single layer on a rimmed cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in a slow oven (200 degrees) for 2 hours or until crisp and brown.
Place a bowl of salsa on a serving platter and surround with pork cubes for dipping.
