- 1 pound broccoli rabe, trimmed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli rabe in boiling water 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from pan; rinse with cold water. Drain. Set aside until ready to serve. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli rabe; sauté 2 minutes. Drizzle with vinegar, and sprinkle with salt.
