Overnight Tex Mex Egg Bake

Ingredients
- 12 oz. sausage - cooked
- 5 cups frozen Southern style hash browns
- 1 cup chopped green Chiles
- 3 cups shredded Colby-jack cheese (12 oz.)
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Spray 9x13" pan. Spread frozen potatoes on bottom. Sprinkle with sausage, Chiles, and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour over potato mixture. Sprinkle with remainder of the cheese. Cover and refrigerate 8-12 hours. Bake uncovered 50-60 minutes, until an inserted knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve with Salsa
